1 head iceberg lettuce
fresh baby spinach
3-6 sliced green onions
¾ cups sliced almonds
½ cup oil
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup sugar or sugar substitute (? amount to taste)
1 Tbsp Crazy Jane mixed up salt
1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
1-3 oz can Chinese rice noodles

Directions:

Melt 1 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp sugar in saucepan
sauté:
¾ cups sliced almonds until lightly brown. Be careful, they can burn easily
( I place the cooked almonds on a piece of waxed paper to cool.)

Dressing: Mix together
½ cup oil
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup sugar or sugar substitute (? amount to taste)
1 Tbsp Crazy Jane mixed up salt
1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds

Put over greens just before ready to eat.
Add toasted almonds
I cut up strawberries and add to the greens

Can also top salad with a can of rice noodles if desired
