1 cup sour cream or 8 oz softened cream cheese
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve with apples.

Wash, slice and core apples of your choice. Cover with orange juice to keep apples from turning brown and chill.
