Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 pound of beef and pork . Cube and brown slowly with chopped up onions.
When tender, add:
4 large diced celery
1 cup mushrooms –
1 can bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots – or cans of chop suey vegetables
2 Tbsp molasses to taste

Boil till tender
Can thicken with cornstarch if needed.

Serve over rice and top with fried chow mein noodles.
