Ingredients:  
½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup dark cocoa powder – you can use regular if you don’t like dark
2 Tbs. Honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Stevia to taste

Optional – Shredded coconut and/or choice of nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and heat on low to medium on stove top until hot and close to a boil.

Whisk continually until pouring into mold, as ingredients, especially honey tend to separate.
Pour into molds such as an ice cube tray, or plastic molds.
Freeze until firm. Take out of molds and keep refrigerated or frozen

I will usually double this recipe.
