Bottom Layer:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Middle Layer:
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
8 oz. real whipped cream

Top Layer:
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1 small package instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk

1 milk chocolate candy bar, grated

Directions:
Mix bottom layer until crumbly. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes

Middle Layer: beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of whipped cream. Spread on cooled crust.

Mix pudding and milk - beat 2 minutes, spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Let stand a few minutes and add remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate bar.
