Crust:
1 Lb. crushed Oreo Cookies
1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream softened

1 1/2 cups salted Spanish peanuts

Topping:
1 can evaporated milk (12 fluid oz.)
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 to 2/3 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and press into 9x3 pan

Spread softened ice cream onto crust

Sprinkle with Spanish peanuts and freeze

Combine topping ingredients. Bring to boil for 8 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool and spread over dessert and freeze
