6 c. bread (approximately one loaf)
6 oz. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crust from bread and cut bread into cubes. Place half the bread in an 8x8" greased pan. Cut cream cheese into cubes and dot on top of bread in pan. Cover with remaining bread.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, remove the plastic wrap and bake at 375ºF (190ºC) for 45 minutes.
