Fresh Yams
⅓ Cup Water
1 Tbsp Butter
Squirt of Mustard
½ Cup Karo Syrup
½ Cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook yams in water until almost done. Keep skins on. Take them out of water and cool slightly. Peel and cut in half. Place round side down in a casserole dish. Fill the pan with ⅓ water. Add butter, karo syrup, brown sugar and mustard. Bake at 350ºF for one hour. Add more Karo and Brown sugar as needed for taste.
