2# stew meat
1 can beef bouillon broth
8 carrots cut in chunks
4 stalks celery cut in chunks
5 or 6 cubed potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Onion cut in chunks about similar size to other vegetables or a jar of Aunt Nellies small round onions
2 Tbsp. dry tapioca pudding (Not minute Tapioca)
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp sugar
Pepper for taste
1 large can whole tomatoes or 1 cup tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into large casserole pan or crock pot. Stir until well blended.
Cover tightly. Bake 350º for a half hour, lower heat to 300º for 5 hours.

DO NOT PEEK!!!!!!

Serve over buttered noodles or rice.


Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator a day before , until ready to bake.
