3 Cups shredded Hash Browns (thawed)
½ Stick melted butter
Salt and pepper if desired

¾ cup meat, chopped ham or cooked bacon
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped green onion
1 cup half and half
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 10 “ pie pan. Mix first 3 ingredients together. Press hash browns to fit shaped plate as if making a crust. Bake at 450º for 25 minutes until brown.
If you want hash browns crispy, cook longer.

Mix together:
¾ cup meat, chopped ham or cooked bacon
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped green onion
1 cup half and half
3 eggs
Salt and pepper if desired

After mixed together, pour into baked crust. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted. Can serve with sour cream if desired.

This recipe can also be made vegetarian style by using mushrooms and spinach. Just use your imagination.

Can also be doubled using a 9-13 in pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until done.
