1 cup flour
⅓ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup butter, softened
1 egg, yolk
2 TBSP milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Kraft caramels, melted
Milk chocolate, melted

Preheat oven to 350º.

In a food processor, combine 1 cup flour, ⅓ cup cocoa powder, ¼ tsp. salt, ½ cup butter, ⅔ cup sugar, 1 egg yolk, 2 TBSP milk, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract and process until a smooth ball of dough forms.

Scoop two-tablespoonful mounds of dough and roll them into balls. Roll the balls in 1 cup finely chopped pecans, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Using the back of a half teaspoon, make a well in the center of each ball. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes and cool completely.

Fill each well with caramel and allow it to set, then drizzle with chocolate and allow to set.
