Directions:
Directions:
Cream together: 2 cups sugar, 3 eggs (1 at a time), 1 cup oil and 3 teaspoons vanilla. Then add 2 cups (unpeeeled, shredded) zucchini.

Sift together: 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon soda. 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. Add 3 teaspoons cinnamon
Add 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup fruit cocktail, drained. Blend together with cream mixture.
I add 3 tablespoons Nestle Quick Chocolate.

Pour into sprayed pans. Makes 2 loafs
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or according to size of pans.
