6 cups cubes bread (12 slices)
1 pound sausage (cooked and drained)
1 cup mild cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9" x 13" pan. Cube bread in bottom of pan, Sprinkle cooked and drained sausage over bread.
Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and mustard. Pour over bread and sprinkle cheese on top.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees in glass pan or 350 degrees in metal pan for approximately 45 minutes.
