1 - 16 ounce jar Salsa Verde
3 pounds Pork Shoulder Roast
1 - 15 ounce can corn, drained
1 - 15 1/2 ounce can cannellino beans - rinsed (great northern)
2 Cubanelle peppers, chopped (or 4 ounce can diced chilies)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chopped cilantro
Sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cilantro in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook for 6 to 7 hours on high or 9 to 10 hours on low. Stir in cilantro. Remove pork and pull apart. Return pork to chili.
Serve with sour cream and cornbread.
