2 c water
2 c instant rice
1 pound cooked chicken ( I use a rotisserie), cubed or shredded
1 can each: cream of mushroom & cream of chicken soup
1/4 c butter
1 c milk
16 oz frozen broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make rice according to package directions. In 9x13 baking dish, mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted, stirring approx half way through.
