1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
4 oz can green chile, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
15.5 oz can hominy
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
15 oz red kidney beans
15 oz pinto beans
(Note: all canned ingredients should NOT be drained)

Brown and season meat (if desired). Add remaining ingredients, plus 1 2/3 c water in large pot. Bring to a boil & simmer 30 mins.

Serve with crushed tortillas & your favorite taco fixins!
