1 boiled, deboned chicken (shredded) cook chicken with salt, pepper, 3-4 cloves of garlic & poultry seasoning
1 cup chopped onion (or to taste)
8 -12 ounces chopped green chilies
salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
18 -24 corn tortillas
Grated cheese(Mexican Blend)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix shredded chicken, onion, green chilies together. Season mixture with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir to combine. Soften corn tortillas in hot oil and drain on paper towels. Spoon mixture in tortillas and roll. Place in casserole. Cover with grated cheese, the pour some chicken broth over enchiladas. repeat for second layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
