8.5 oz box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
6 oz small curd cottage cheese
5 oz frozen broccoli florets, thawed and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well

Transfer to a greased 8x8 baking pan
Bake 40 minutes
