Ingredients:  
2 cups cooked yellow squash
2 eggs
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cups crushed ritz crackers
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain and mash squash

Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well
Pour into a greased baking dish

Top with grated cheese about 15 minutes before finished baking

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
