1¼ lbs. cod or sole
18 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 tbsp. unsalted butter
onion powder
paprika
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
¼ c. dry vermouth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pat fish dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add the fish and sauté gently for 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet over a medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add the shrimp and cook until just opaque, about 1 - 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Very carefully try the fish over. Sprinkle with some onion powder and paprika. Sauté for about 3 minutes more. Increase heat to high. Add the vermouth and cook about 1 minute. Lower heat and add the cooked shrimp and the remaining 1 tablespoon butter and cook 1 minute.
5. Transfer to platter and serve.
