Ingredients:
Ingredients:
I cup chopped mushrooms
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 to 1 cup heavy cream or milk
salt and pepper to taste

Saute above ingredients until mushrooms are tender. Then add 1-2 tbsp flour. Now gradually add cream until it is a gravy consistencey. Set aside.

6-8 slices thick bread ( like French toast sliced bread you find in the bread section)
butter, softened
8 eggs
shredded cheddar cheese

butter both sides of bread, now using a spoon make indents in the center so the egg has a home.Crack an egg and put in the indent.Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350º for 12 ish minutes, I like to put under broiler so the tops get bubbly and a bit browned.

Now spoon mushroom Cream sauce over egg.
