Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Small Head of Cabbage
One Carrot
One Piece of Green Pepper

For the Dressing:
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Sugar
Milk
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Shred or grate the cabbage in a bowl. Grate or shred the carrot or a piece (depending on the size). Grate a piece of green pepper. Mix everything together.

Note: When you add too much green pepper, the taste will overpower other ingredients.

In another bowl, add about one tablespoon of vinegar and one teaspoon of sugar. Mix well. Taste the mixture to make sure there isn’t too much vinegar. If this happens, add more sugar. Add in the mayonnaise. The consistency depended on the head of cabbage.

Mix dressing with the cabbage. If not enough dressing, just add more mayonnaise.
