1½ cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1-16 oz. can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
* CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with
electric mixer until smooth. Pour into a sprayed 17½X11½ inch
baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-16 oz.(3½ cups)box powdered sugar
½ cup butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla

In medium mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and
butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add sugar and
vanilla and beat together. Spread on cooled cake or dessert
