3 C. Flour
1 1/3 C. Warm water
1 package yeast
2 t. Sugar
2 t. Salt
2 T. Olive oil

Directions:
In the Kitchen Aide mixer, Dissolve sugar and salt in warm water, add yeast and allow to sit for five minuets. Add olive oil to yeast water.

In the Kitchen Aide, using the paddle attachment. Add flour to the yeast mixture and beat for 1 minute. Dough should be slightly sticky. Switch to dough hook and knead for five full minutes. Turn dough into oiled bowl and cover, set in a warm place to rise until doubled.

With pizza stone in place, preheat oven to 450º for about 45 minuets. Add a bowl of ice on the lower rack. When ready, form dough, bake for twelve minutes.
