Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 kiwis peeled and diced
2 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored, and diced
8 oz raspberries
1 (16 oz) strawberries diced
2 Tbls white sugar (adjust to taste)
1 Tbls brown sugar (adjust to taste)
3 Tbls fruit preserves (any flavor)
10 (10") flour tortillas

Cinnamon Sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 Tbls cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine and mix all ingredients except the tortillas and cinnamon

Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes

Preheat oven 350º
Cinnamon Chips
Coat one side of tortillas with butter flavored cooking spray (Not necessary if using butter)
Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes
Allow to cool for 15 minutes

Serve with the chilled fruit mixture

Best if made the same day you are planning to eat it to keep the fruits fresh

Can also serve with cinnamon graham crackers or cinnamon pita chips
