3 cups cooked chicken
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Melt butter and mix with the Ritz crackers
Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of casserole dish
Mix chicken, sour cream, and soup
Layer on top of the Ritz crackers
Cover with remainder of the ritz
Bake for 30 minutes

I prefer to put all the ritz crackers on top instead of 1/2 on the bottom
