1 can garbanzo beans
1 med. onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 sm. Ham hock, split in half
1 tsp. Paprika
2 med. potatoes, cubed
1 link chorizo, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Few drops yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Put ham hock in a pot with 1 qt of water or more to cover it well. Boil, covered, until tender. Remove bone and chop bits of meat and return to pot. Add onions, garlic, potatoes, and paprika. Cook until potatoes are almost done. Add can of garbanzos beans and sliced chorizos and a few drops of food color. Let simmer until potatoes are done, about 15 -20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
