1 18 oz) box Golden Grahams cereal
1 (15oz) box golden raisins
3 c. Honey-bRoasted nuts
1 (12 oz) pkg. chocolate morsels
1 stick butter
2 c. Creamy peanut butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
1 (1-lb) box powdered sugar, divided

Pour cereal, raisins, and nuts into a large container. In a saucepan, over low heat, melt butter, chocholate morsels, and peanut butter, stirring constantly, bu do not boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract and stir and cool. Pour ⅓ of sauce at a time over cereal mix., stirring to coat. Put coated cereal mixture into a large paper grocery bag., shaking to coat the powdered sugar over the cereal. Add ½ box powdered sugar for additional coating. Store in a tightly covered container.

I make this every Christmas and keep on hand as a sweet snack to munch on throughout the holidays. I also have enough that I can give to friends and family as gifts in my Christmas tins. It lasts for weeks and stays fresh if covered well. Warning: It’s addictive, 😁
