2 lbs. fresh or frozen cooked shrimp(26-30 count)
2 large chopped tomatoes
6 chopped green onions
¾ cup chopped fresh cilantro(¼ cup dried)
2 large avocados chopped
½ cup lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
V-8 spicy juice

In a large glass bowl mix first seven ingredients well. Cover completely with V-8 juice. Chill for 2 to 4
hours before serving. Serve in glass stem ware. Serves 16 to 24.
