1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs,beaten
3 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 Teaspoon baking powder
Sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/4 cup of the sugar. Use a pastry blender to cute in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press his mixture into the bottom of an 8" x 8" baking pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are brown.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine eggs, remaining 3/4 cup sugar, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder. Pour over hot crust. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes more or until set. Cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares and serve.
