2 pounds Hash browns (Thawed)
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup minced onions
2 cups grated cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup meled butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine the first 7 ingredients with hash browns. Put all in a shallow pan (9" x 13")
Mix corn flakes in 1/4 cup buter and sprinkle on top of casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Usually a little longer.
