1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1/2 cup water

Beat egg, put vinegar in then add other ingredients in large mixer bowl. This is enough dough for 2 -9 inch pies Mix thoroughly then turn out on flour counter and roll out to desired pie crust thickness.
