2 c. Sugar
2 Tbs. Cocoa powder
1/4 c. Butter
1 tsp. Salt.
1/2 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Oatmeal
1/2 c. Peanut butter ( I prefer chunky)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the first 5 ingredients (sugar, cocoa, butter, salt and milk) in a pan until it comes to a boil.
Add vanilla and stir.
Quickly add peanut butter and stir well.
Add oatmeal and mix.

While it's still hot, drop spoonfuls on waxed paper....allowing individual cookies to set up and cool.
