1 package 8 ounce cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 Package Sugar Cookie Dough (Refrigerator Cookies)

1 can Pineapple chunks
1 can Mandarin Oranges
1 Package strawberries
2 - 3 Bananas - cut into slices and sprinkled with lemon juice (to Prevent browning)
Blueberries , Cherries or other desired fruit. (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut cookie dough into small slices and arrange on pizza pan. Use remainder of dough to fill in holes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 13 minutes.

Combine Cream Cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cookie dough.
Arrange Bananas, pineapple, orange slices, strawberries and any other prepared fruit in circular for on cream cheese mixture finishing with strawberries in the center forming a flower.

Chill for 2 - 3 hours before serving.
Cut like a pie to serve.
