1 lb. bacon or 1 lb. smoked sausage (cooked and diced....do NOT drain grease)
1 lg. Head of cabbage (shredded)
1/8 c. Apple cider Vinegar
Pepper to taste
1 lb. Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon (or smoked sausage) and crumble or cut into pieces (do no drain)
Add shredded cabbage, pepper and vinegar.
Cover and cook until cabbage is fried and tender, tossing every 5-10 minutes)

Cook Egg Noodles according to package directions and drain.
When cabbage is ready, toss Egg Noodles into the pan.

Add more or less viinegar to taste..... A family favorite dish!
