Round Steak (cut into 1/4" strips)
8 oz. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 Lg. Green Peppers (sliced into strips)
4 Heaping Tbs. Flour
1 qt. Water
2-3 Tbs. Sugar
2-3 tsp. Garlic Powder
2-3 tsp. Black Pepper
16 oz. bag of Egg Noodles
1 stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Round Steak with oil in skillet. Add sugar, seasonings, mushrooms, soy sauce and bouillon cubes. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Wisk flour into jar of water, making sure there are no lumps and add to the skillet, mixed all together.
Add sliced green peppers.
Cover, turning burner on low heat. Allow it to cook for 45 min. to 1 hr.

While meat is cooking, boil water and cook Egg Noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
Add 1 stick of butter to Noodles, tossing until it is completely melted.

Serve Pepper Steak over Noodles! Enjoy!
