Combine:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup nutmeg
Beat into 3 slightly beaten eggs.
4 cups Rhubarb
9 inch pie crust and top
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
After combining first 4 ingredients add the Rhubarb to the mixture.
Pour into 9 inch pie crust and dot with 2 tablespoons of butter. Add a top crust over the mixture and bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
