Ingredients: 1 Package Oreos (Completely Crushed)
4 Tablespoons Butter (Melted)
8 ounces cream cheese (Can used Reduced Fat!) LOL
1/4 Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons Milk (Can Use Skim)
Jar of Caramel Sauce (Ice Cream Topping)
12 ounces Cool Whip (Can Use Fat Free)
6 snack pack Chocolate Puddings or 1 small box of Instant Chocolate Pudding (Make Pudding following directions on the box.)

Directions: |
Directions:1. Spray 9 x 13 casserole pan with Nonstick spray.
2. In a food processor, or in a bag, crush the oreos.
3. Set aside 1 cup of crushed oreos
4. Combine remaining oreos with melted butter.
5. Press buttered oreos into the bottom of the pan.
6. In a small bowl whip the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy
7. Mix in sugar, milk, and 1 1/4 cups of the cool whip until well combined.
8. Spread cream cheese mixture over the Oreo cookie crust until smooth and even.
9. Add Caramel Sauce to the top of the Cream Cheese layer.
10. Add Chocolate Pudding in an even layer over the caramel sauce.
11. Spoon the remaining Cool Whip over the Pudding and smooth out.
Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. |
