2 c granulated sugar
¾ c can milk
½ tsp vanilla
½ c cocoa
½ c butter

Directions:
In 2 qt. Sauce pan, mix sugar and cocoa. Add milk and butter. Over medium heat cook 5 to 6 minutes stirring constantly. When mixture reaches sof ball stage remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into a mixing bowl and place bowl in ice water. Beat with mixer until smooth and creamy. A small amount of water can be added if frosting is to thick. Frosts a 9 inch layer cake or a 9x13 sheet cake.
