2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs butter
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
2 tbs all purpose flour
8 oz shrimp
3/4 cup white wine (I prefer white moscato)
1 cup heavy cream
(optional 8oz of bay scallops)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic in oil and butter. Add shrimp. When shrimp turn pink, add the flour and stir to combine. Add the wine and cream. Stir until thickened.

Serve over pasta of choice.
