1 cup butter
1 cup Wesson oil (must be Wesson)
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Combine butter, oil, sugar, powdered sugar, and eggs
Beat until combined

Sift together dry ingredients
Add to mixture and mix well
Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet

Flatten by dipping glassware in sugar

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly brown
