1/2 c pecans, chopped
1 T flour
2 catfish fillets
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 T olive oil
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the pecans and flour in a shallow bowl. Season fish with salt and pepper. Dredge the fish in the pecan/flour mixture. In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and butter. Place the fillets in the skillet and cook at medium high heat until browned on both sides (2-3 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet).
