2 loafs of frozen bread dough
1 large package vanilla pudding mix
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Butter bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 pan.
Break one loaf of thawed frozen bread dough into pan in pieces approximately 1 inch cubed.
In a medium sauce pan, combine 1 large package vanilla pudding mix (not instant but the cook and serve type), 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter, and 2 tbsp. milk. Heat this over medium high heat just until it has begun to boil slightly. Pour this mixture over the broken bread dough pieces in the 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon to taste.

Break another loaf of thawed frozen bread dough over the first loaf (similar sized pieces). Cover the pan with a clean cloth and allow to raise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and carefully turn it over onto serving tray with a lip. The caramel is on the bottom of the pan when it comes out of the oven and can splash if it is turned too quickly.
