2 lg. Sweet Potatoes
2 T. Melted Butter

1/2 C. Toasted Pecans
1/2 C.Pure Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Peel and cut potatoes into one and a half inch disks. Placeinto a ziplock bag. Pour melted butter over potatoes. And mix until well coated. Pour entire contents onto a baking sheet. Spread disks out so they are not touching.
Sprinkle with salt.
Roast for 20 minuets. Turn and salt again. Continue roasting g for another twenty minutes.

Dry toast pecans .
Bring 1/2 C. Pure maple syrup to a boil over medium heat and boil for five minutes. Pour over roasted potatoes and top with pecans. Serve immediately. Enjoy
