1 pint oysters
1 qt. milk
1 small can of carnation milk
½ -¾ stick of butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Tobasco sauce (optional)
Ketchup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pick out any oyster shells in oysters and put in a medium
pot. Bring oysters to a boil (heat through until edges curl
on oysters). Pour both milks into a large pot. Salt & pepper
to taste. Add oysters after milk heats through. Add butter
and heat through again almost to boiling. Can add ketchup or
hot sauce at the end before serving. (Optional)
