1 Can Tomato Juice (46 ounces)
1/3 Cup + 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch or Clearjel
1/2 Cup Carnation Milk
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Sugar
4 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring tomato juice to a boil in a 3qt. saucepan. Mix clearjel with a little water to make a thin paste.Set tomato juice off
heat, stir in clearjel and return to heat,stirring until thicked, add milk and bring to a boil, add salt,sugar and butter.
Stir until butter is melted.
