1 1/2 c. Hot, Scalded Milk
2 T Butter
1 1/2 c. Fine, Stale Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Flour
4 level teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 t. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk and melted butter over stale bread crumbs. Let stand until crumbs are soft. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonful's onto a hot, greased griddle.
