1/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1 c. White Flour
3 t. Baking Powder
3 T. Sugar
1/2 t. Salt
1 Egg, beaten
1 1/4c. Milk
1 T. Butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add wet ingredients slowly to the dry ingredients and mix well. Cook by 1/4 cupfuls on a hot griddle. Turn half way through.
