2 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 t. Salt
1 1/4 t Baking Soda
2 c. Sour Milk
1 Egg, beaten

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Cook 1/4 c. at a time on a hot, greased griddle until well browned. Flip over when surface looks dry and bubbles form.
