3/4 c. Cornmeal
1 1/4c. Flour
1/4 c. Sugar
5 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Salt
1 c. Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1 T. Melted Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Stir well, Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
